SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment:

If you choose to make a payment using our gateway to complete your payment, then your debit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your payment transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your payment transaction. After that is complete, your payment transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of debit card information by our website and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

If you provide us with your debit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

REFUND POLICY STATEMENT

At Court Compass we strive to provide a quality service at an affordable price utilizing the latest technologies. Our service provides a secure, documented and convenient way for you to send your payment to the Trustee. IF you feel that you did not owe the payment to the Trustee or are dissatisfied with our service you may contact your Trustee and request a refund. You will have to file a motion with the court to receive a refund. Your Trustee can give you additional information on how to proceed with the payment refund process. Once you have received a payment refund approval from the Trustee, Court Compass will refund the convenience fee. You can email us at info@courtcompass.com to alert us of your refund judgement. Court Compass will verify the refund with the Trustee and if confirmed mail you the convenience fee refund within 5 business days.
